LOUISA LOVE HAS MY HARD DRIVE! (2014)

Performance and collaboration with Louisa Love: April - November 2014

The story of two artists and an archive.

In 2014 I opened my digital archive as a residency space, and for a six month period artist Louisa Love became researcher in residence in my hard-drive. Love had unrestricted access to all material (personal and professional) going back to 2007. In examining, reproducing and taking inspiration from my archive Love's actions precipitated a intense conversation between us into questions of usership, authorship and ownership; a look at where one practice ends and another starts.

We developed the story of our evolving relationship into a multi-media performance presented at UCA, Canertbury on the 27th November 2014.
